To qualify for the Office Employee of the Year award, the individual may be employed in any capacity in the office, from administration or finance to estimating and project management. Nominees in this category will be those over-achievers that have an exceptional level of skills and abilities. They are natural leaders in both the workplace and the community, and they are always looking for ways to learn more and do better.Nominee must be:
- employed by a MERIT Saskatchewan general or associate member
- employed in an office role
