It's all about the POTENTIAL…. The Rising Star award is intended to recognize an emerging young leader who reflects ongoing and exceptional growth in their construction career. This person has likely seen increased levels of leadership and responsibility in a relatively short period of time and their dedication to their role is unmatched. Nominees haven't yet reached a senior-level position, but their record so far puts them on the fast track to career success.Nominee must be:
- employed by a MERIT Saskatchewan general or associate member
- 35 years of age or younger
